Please i really need help, me and my wife wants to apply for AOS for me, my wife is a USC and i came here on an F1 student visa in 2011 which i am out of statues now. i have tried to go to immigration lawyers, but their fees are too much which we cant afford so we tried to do it ourself with the help of you fellows. we would like to know what documents we have to send in the package in addition to this.

My wife will complete the following forms.

i-130

i-864 (but she doesn't make enough so some is going to be the joint sponsor so what document i need from them)

G-325A

I will complete the following forms.

I-485

I-693

G-325A

I-765

i don't think i need to complete I-131 since i have been out of status for sometimes.

Pls i would like to know what addition documents we need to mail with the package.

04/28/14 Successful walk-in for Biometrics Appointment jamaica Ave (28)

05/06/14 Notifications via text & e-mail: i-485 updated to "Testing and Interview (36)

Plsese i have on more question. my wife is filling the I-130 for and on the section C number 14 where is says arrival and departure Recode. on my i94 the number on there is 11 numbers in the format xxxxxxxxx xx but on the for its xxx xxxxxxxx. should i put the one on my I94 on it ?
