How long will it take to get my wife's siblings after she is a citizen? I see Parents are a IR-5. Currently you can expect it to take about 6-8 months to bring your parent here.

Siblings are an I-130.

They are in the Philippines.

24 years, or there abouts.

Siblings are at least 11+ years, and much much longer for those from the Philippines.

Well, that sucks. Might be better to have the siblings come on tourist visa's.

To live? They can only *visit* that way, and they may struggle to get tourist visas at all with so many family in the USA.

To attempt to move them to live in the USA on tourist visas would be highly fraudulent.

Actually if the siblings are from the Philippines the wait is about 24 years for a sibling petition. If the parents are there investigate having them file for the children.

They may be able to get tourist visas but they will have to return home without overstaying. Unlike immediate relatives a sibling or over 21 child cannot adjust status inside the US until the priority date is current and then only if they are "in status" in the US.
