That's awesome I hope we can be together soon (: so I've heard people saying that they give a ban it doesn't seem like they do that my husband has never her a felony or problems with the police so I hope goes by soon I prepared the waiver. I just wait and pray it all happens soon.

We prepaired our own waiver as well, and u only get the ban. If u had felonies or stuff like that on record. Plus since he married a us citizen he qualified automatically to aply for a waiver did u have to sens the 212 as well

No when he went to his appointment they checked the box for the I-601 waiver I sure hope he gets approved soon we miss him so much we have a 6 year old and a 2 month old did you send and email uscis to inquire or just waited and was super lucky (:

I just waited. I called several times back around Christmas but no luck. I looked at it like a waiting game good luck to you and wish u tje best. Keep us posted and as soon as u get the apprival let me know..,

Hey diva1209 how long was it after approval of your i601 that you recieved your packet via dhl? How long for juarez to contact us im so lost !!! My husband was approved on april 8.

It took 3 days for me to receive instruction letter to send my passport since my medical werent expired i got my passport 2 days after... you should receive your instruction letter sometime next week good luck

Is the instruction letter diffrent from the one USCIS sends or do i have to call juarez !! Sorry to bug but im so confused!!! I received the approval letter on friday 3 days from the approval notification.

IL gets sent to dhl location maybe u get it mon or tues, u can call 703 number and they will provide information to you....
