So we mailed our i601 to Arizona then got sent to Nebraska:/ received noa 10/7/2013 its been almost 5 months and I'm still here in cdj where i had my first interview and missing my hubby and daughters anyone that knows about the process please help me..... How much longer is the wait....

I'm not really sure but my friend waited six months til they approved his waiver. I am hoping you get the news soon!

If it was a 601 and not a 601a they are currently processing 601's submitted in July so we still have a few months to wait. The 601a's have a shorter wait time though.

It now says August 2,2013 but i already received my approval and hi m back home with hubby n bby girls

Hi I saw that you submitted your waiver in September my husband's was submitted and received August 30 in Nebraska as well and we haven't heard anything yet did you call to get your case expedited or was it regular processing?

It was regular processing it should beclong for your husband to receive notice, it states they been working on August since past December so i guess they moves up to September late January good luck and keep us updated

Thanks Yes I sure hope so I looked at the is is website and it states b they are on August 2, 2013 as of February 18, 2014 so I'm just praying we get something soon my kids and I miss him. I will keep you posted and Congrats to you and your family (:

Well it says as of December 31,2013 they working on August 2,2013 its now late February so eventually they moved up

Just check on a website page but cant remember it says they woorking on August 26,2013 and so u are just couple of days on receiving notice on your i601 is yojr husband fr mexico

We applied for our i601 October 16 i hope we get a response soon too.
