So we mailed our i601 to Arizona then got sent to Nebraska:/ received noa 10/7/2013 its been almost 5 months and I'm still here in cdj where i had my first interview and missing my hubby and daughters anyone that knows about the process please help me..... How much longer is the wait....

Hi I saw that you submitted your waiver in September my husband's was submitted and received August 30 in Nebraska as well and we haven't heard anything yet did you call to get your case expedited or was it regular processing?

It was regular processing it should beclong for your husband to receive notice, it states they been working on August since past December so i guess they moves up to September late January good luck and keep us updated

Thanks Yes I sure hope so I looked at the is is website and it states b they are on August 2, 2013 as of February 18, 2014 so I'm just praying we get something soon my kids and I miss him. I will keep you posted and Congrats to you and your family (:
