Two ways for IR-1/CR-1 applicants: 3 years from being a resident (typically the same date as POE, but check the green card to be certain) and being married to the same person or after 5 years of being a resident (doesn't matter if you're still married or not).

If you apply under the 3 year rule, then you'll have to send a bunch of proof of relationship evidence, just like with ROC, and just like with the initial visa. If you apply as just being a resident for 5 years, no such evidence is needed

No problem If you're not in any rush, applying at 5 years might be better just cause it's way easier (much less paperwork). If you apply at all, anyways. It's not required

Go by what your ceac cover letter says. My AoS one was "Attn. CMR AOS".

Just a quick question..Are those evidences necessary to include in IV documents? Is it okay also if these additional evidence will be brought during interview instead?

It's up to you to decide.

I for one, when it's my turn to send the packet, I will add all the needed evidences so that the consular office can take a look at it even before we ever get to the interview.
