Wasn't it just an invoice for the IV bill?

It has three pages. The last page says the IV bill invoice the $230.. They didnt mention about I-864 which is our next to do.. Im confuse now what to do next..

I've never had anyone be anything but nice to me at NVC. They've been courteous, answered my questions...they were nice people. One guy helped me with a question about my I-864 that even my accountant

My DS-261 was available today for both my petitions, completed immediately! Man that was tense... it's like I need a drink for every little step of the way jest.gif

When I try to sign in to "Fee Payments", I'm now getting the error message of my case being terminated. Thanks to this forum, I'm not freaking out!

did you receive email from them? I got my case number on the 29th as well, i cannot access yet online. :(

December 21, 2011 - Got Married in the Philippines

December 21, 2012 - Went back in the Philippines for first anniversary.

June 11, 2013 - I-130 sent

June 17, 2013 - NOA1

November 21, 2013 - Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center

December 5, 2013 - I-130 approved via email

December 9, 2013 - receive hard copy of NOA2

receive email that case was shipped to NVC

NVC

January 6, 2014 - NVC received the case ( no case number yet )

January 29, 2014 - Receive case number, invoice and beneficiary ID number

February 7, 2014 - DS261 available online and submitted

February 10, 2014 - received an email regarding AOS processing fee bill invoice

February 10, 2014 - was able to pay AOS online

Februay 12, 2014 - AOS showed PAID on line/ AOS package sent ( one day delivery)

February 13, 2014 - NVC received the package

February 18, 2014 - AOS was entered in the system

February 24, 2014 - received an email to pay IV fee, paid IV fee, IV fee in process

February 27, 2014 - DS-260 available online, completed and filed up. IV package sent (one day delivery)

February 28, 2014 - IV package received at the "dock"

March 4, 2014 - IV package was entered to the system

March 7, 2014 - Received a checklist for AOS (GGGGRRRRRR!!!!)

March 10, 2014 - Respond to the checklist ( sent package via UPS)

March 11, 2014 - Package received @ the dock

March 19, 2014 - IV package and DS260 approved (via phone call)

March 27, 2014 - Case Completed ( called NVC 2X just to make sure, now waiting to be forwarded to Manila Embassy Yehey!!!)

March 26, 2014 - Early Medical (No problem however hubby needs to go back to St Luke's for the vaccinations once his renewed passport arrived )

MAY 6, 2014 - Interview @ 0615 (APPROVED!!!!)

May 9, 2014 - visa picked up from to go

May 9, 2014 - Booked flight for hubby

May 11, 2014 - Hubby's Flight from Philippines to USA (yahoo!!!! 2 more days!!! I will be with him forever!!!)

I'm sorry. I wasn't making fun of you. I though it was really cute. It made me laugh but in a good way!! Me and my hubby type in caps all the time because it's easier for him to read/understand. I have to remember to turn them off. :). Glad your NVC stage is going so smoothly.

Hey Saylin: when filling out my father's I-864, part 6 #5 & 6a... He is married to my mother and they file married, filed jointly. For "current individual annual income", is that his and my mothers JOINT or just his?

Also if it is just his, then do I fill out my mothers information for part 6a?

I'm a full-time student and have never worked a day in my life. So I've obviously never had to file taxes. When filling out i-864 about household size... Should I only include the applicant and myself? I live with my mother but she won't be contributing to the income requirements. (My father will, separate household) I guess you could say I'm slightly still dependent. Pathetic I know but what would I do in this case?

got my NVC case # and IIN today and wife filled out DS 261.... now waiting for the bill

edit: just tried signing into the the DOS website only to be received by an error message stating my case was in process of termination. anyone ever encounter

20 business days is 4 normal weeks. smile.png Call every other day or every 3rd day. Sometimes you get nice people, sometimes you don't. Just be friendly and nice yourself.

Ha Ha you are right. I have been having a bad brain day today. I should have went home from work early LOL. Yeah I am always nice. I have been calling every other day.
