on i-864 part 6, 13 b, 13 c, (total income most recent 3 years)I need to fill this out? I only ordered my tax return for the most recent year.

Did you FILE the last 3 years though?

Regardless, you need to fill out the three years. If you didn't file the other two years, put in $0.00. DO NOT LEAVE IT BLANK. Doing so will get you a checklist.

Hi Saylin.. Wanna ask if the I-864 has 9 pages? my husband and the co sponsor gonna fill up in the same I-864 or they need to feel up separate I-864??

Hmm, good question. Is there any way you can just leave the state/province blank or will the form not let you?

No it wont let you leave it blank. It only lets you check a box for "do not know". I can put N/A in there but I dont want that to go against me if its not appropriate.

Yes, the I-864 has pages.

Um, they each need their own separate I-864. Two people can't fill up the same form no0pb.gif

No it wont let you leave it blank. It only lets you check a box for "do not know". I can put N/A in there but I dont want that to go against me if its not appropriate.

Yeah, if you could put 'N/A' in there, then do that. The officer should realize that the UK doesn't exactly have provinces/states.

Okay thanks... I need to find out that information then and yea I did file.

For part 7: do I need to do this even though I am using a sponsor? ($ in bank accounts etc)

Part 7 is always optional, whether you have a joint sponsor or not (unless you're qualifying on assets, obviously).

Also sorry to ask ANOTHER question , but for my current annual income, can I use last year's income or do I guess? I am a student and I have worked odd jobs so I'm not sure how my income compares to last years.

The question isn't based on a certain year's income. It's based on what you're currently making, right NOW, as of filing this form.

NOT LONG...GOT MY CASE NUMBER AROUND 10:30'ISH AND LOGGED INTO THE PAYMENT JUST MINUTES LATER JUST OUT OF CURIOUSITY (NOT EXPECTING TO GET ANYWHERE AT ALL) AND BOOM, THERE IT WAS
