my wifes address in india is really long

so i guess i should put "see page 10 for full address" on the blank spot

and insert a page 10 with i-864

with address of wife.

Any chance you can hand-write it in to fit?

If not, just state "see additional sheet", not "page 10". Make sure on the additional sheet, you write out the entire question, then answer it. And make sure that 'Additional Sheet to I-864' is the title at the top, centered. Either or, but I suggest copies as you're going to want to keep the originals for your own records.

You put what they do. For example, my husband put 'software developer' on the first line. Make sure it matches EXACTLY what's written in the employment letter.

You don't need the AOS receipt from the payment portal; just the bar-coded cover sheet.

And you only need the tax RETURN transcripts. The account ones are pointless.

is showing my average balance for last 6 months and the current balance.

I wanted to send it, since i have had a really high balance.

and i though it would help since i did not make enough in 2011, 2010, i made well enough in 2012.

Thats true I will remove account transcripts

Unless you're using assets to qualify and have filled that section out on the I-864, you don't need it. If you are, you'll need to include bank statements as well, not just a letter. Anyone can write up a letter.

I'm not too knowledgeable with child visas, but it sounds like you covered everything. I'd include a copy of your birth and marriage certificate just for good measure.

Remember, you have to submit BOTH. If you just send photocopies, you WILL get a checklist for the originals/certified copies.

Why are you concerned about the DS-261 status when you've paid the IV bill (which is only invoiced after the DS-261 has been added to the case file) and submitted the DS-260?

Yes, I'm aware of that I need both original/certified copy & photocopy.

But based on what you were saying, only photocopy is needed for passport/birth certificate from joint sponsor.

OMG!! its been 5 days since I got my case number. i still dont have email from NVC and I still cannot log in the CEAC website!! this waiting time is soooooo frustrating!!!

i got ours the other day and we were able to log in but it AOS is not yet invoice - for all 3 cases, and im glad its automatically joined together.
