Should I get the vaccinations before the medical check-up or wait for the doctor's opinion?

As long as you have an up to date vaccination record they shouldn't make you do the shots again. It won't work if you just tell them, since you could be lying to avoid getting vaccinated.

I think if you have the list and you know what you're missing it shouldn't be a problem to get the shots before, and it'll most likely be cheaper. For instance, in Canada flu shots are free if you get them from your own doctor or clinic, but they'll charge you for it if you have to do it at the same time as the medical.
