Need Advice/Help - Mail Says GC Delivered But it wasn't

Hi everybody, hoping everybody here are having a good day. Just want some advice of you guys because i'm a little worried because my GC was suppose to be delivered on January 24 (my tracking numer says so, that it was delivered) but it wasn't.. today is the 31 and i'm only recieve the Welcome letters and the aprove letter,but nothing about GC. Funny thing is i recieved EVERYTHING they sent to me,but the GC lol.

Something similir happened to somebody in here? Cause i need to know what i should do and if somebody ever happened something like this, i would love to know what happen at the end.

I will appreciate any help or advice. Thank You in advance.

My welcome letters always arrived before the actual card so I'm wondering if there is an error about the delivery date. Did you receive anything from them on the 24th? Maybe they mixed up the notices?

05/31/16 - Was denied walk-in fingerprints with just 1 person left in line. Milwaukee office, boo! - Day 21

My wife's greencard was supposedly delivered on the 19th of Feburary 2013, yes you read that right almost a year ago. It was never received and we have been fighting this battle ever since. Just last month we were provided with the tracking information and now we are working through the USPS to try and find out what actually happened to the card.

My advice, make an infopass appointment and start the process. We were initially told to file an I-90, which they rejected because in their system is shows as delivered. We are now just going to hold off until we do the ROC and then get a new card. At the last infopass appointment they stamped her passport so she could travel for the next year.

1. chase with usps

2. chase with USCIS
