Hello wonderful vj members,

I just got NOA2 and was wondering about what is the lowest accepted income, average accepted income, and above average income for petitioner? maybe he will need co-sponsor (his income roughly $2000/month after tax). Any idea will be awesome! Thank you so much!idea9dv.gif

03/21/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!

All the petitioner needs is 125% of the poverty guidelines for his household size. If it is just you and him, then he only needs to make $19,387 per year GROSS (before taxes). If his income is $2000 monthly NET income, he makes more than enough money to support you. He won't need a co-sponsor.

What is his yearly gross? The amount.shown on his tax returns? How many in his household?

He said from the last 6 months -->$10.000(after tax) and tax return about $1000 (from a year working but different company)

Now he start again from January 2014 he earned $2000 (after tax) so roughly $24.000/year. He still stay with his parents (dad working and mom housewife). He will move to another state on April so i think it won't count until my interview time come :s
