I'm about to finish my DS-160, I'll upload my picture in a while, but I'm confused with the given names and surnames part.

1. Did anyone here wrote your fiancé's (American fiancé) middle name in "given name" part? Because usually their second name is their middle name as what they call it.

John Ray Smith

2. How about my (filipino beneficiary) middle name should I write it in "given name" part also? Or I'll put it in "surnames" part?

Thank you :)

I've done some research and some they put in the filipino middle name and surname in the "surnames" part. Ugh him confused now. I only put my surname (ex: Gonzales) and not my middle name in "surnames" part. Sorry but I'm confused. :(

And I put in only my first name (Jennie) in "given names" part.

It really doesn't matter as I believe this will be a change in a future update. Put your first and middle in given name and your surname in the surname.

It is not a big issue, the CO can make changes on his computer during the interview if needed.

You will only need one copy of the confirmation at check-in for your interview appt. Keep the others for mementos ;)
