Hello everyone, I had a question I had my I-130 expedited over a month ago due to the fact that my wife had been affected by typhoon hayan. I received a email saying that our expedite has met the recommendations for expedite service for our I-130. They said they will notify me within a month. BUt I jus was wondering whats the benefits ill get for expediting my I-130 process.

The "benefit" you'll get is faster processing and your I130 will be adjudicated sooner.

I believe that if they approve it, they'll adjudicate you in 30 days from filing the expedite from what I've seen on these forums and timelines.

oh ok. yea feb. 6 will make 30days since they received my expedite. I didn't have any information I jus was waiting patiently for an update via email,txt or mail.
