Hello everyone...brand new to this..be gentle

Okay, here's my story: Met a wonderful woman on Eharmony(1 1/2yrs)...she is Russian and lives in Mexico (10yrs)with dual citizenship. After much emails and Skype she flew in and we met here in the States. All concerns were put to rest..we are peanutbutter&jelly! She is back in Mexico...and coming back for another visit. We want to marry so that we are keeping God's law (no sex before marriage) or Should we wait and file K-1 and go through months of waiting or wed and file K-3? She will return to Mexico after we marry to tidy up her business and bring her little girl to the U.S.

Or marry and not say anything until everything is in order. Sorry it's so long~ I appreciate any thoughts....Blessings

Then it's the CR-1 spousal visa for you. K-3 is no longer available. It will take about a year and you can petition the daughter too. They can come and visit in the meantime but won't be able to move until the visa is issued. Look at the guide section up top.

The same as now. Marrying by itself gives them no special benefit. Read the guides, much studying to do. Good luck.
