Naw man, say what you want. I married my wife because I want us to be together for the rest of our life. If we have kids, cool, if not, cool.

Marriage is about companionship. Kids are a result of companionship and no birthcontrol.

Marriage has nothing in the world to do with companionship.

When we strip it all away you realize without the concern for the rearing of children, there is no real need for marriage, it's merely a tradition based on the need I just mentioned.

Marriage has a purpose today and it has evolved so that women have an equal say in what the marriage is and should be, they are no longer chattels of men. This is a good thing, not a bad one. Companionship, mutual interests, love, these are all things that bind the modern marriage. If you can find more companionship outside of your marriage than in it, you seriously are the one who shouldn't be married, not us.

What you describe is your personal take opinion on your own marriage. Perhaps your marriage has nothing to do with companionship and perhaps you would not have a real need for marriage. That is absolutely none of your business. I don't define my marriage by that of anyone else. My marriage is between me and my spouse; hardly a subject I would discuss with anyone else. I can tell you however it does NOT bring to my life any of the nonsense you mentioned in your post, all of which clearly applies to your marriage.
