2. Personal check in the amount of $420.00

3. I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

4. G-325A (Petitioner)

5. Passport Style Photo (Petitioner)

6. G-325A (Beneficiary)

7. Passport Style Photo (Beneficiary)

8. Copy of Naturalization Certificate (Petitioner)

9. Copy of Decree of Dissolution (Petitioner)

10. Copy of Decree of Dissolution (Beneficiary) along with certified English translation

11. Copy of Certificate of Marriage

12. Copy of Marriage Contract along with certified English translation

13. Copy of Birth Certificate (Beneficiary)

14. Evidence of bona fide marriage:

· Pictures we took during my last visit in 12/2013 including some of our wedding pictures

· Boarding passes from my last trip to Jordan when we got married

· Copy of page from my passport showing entry to Jordan

· Copies of two Western Union money transfers that I made to my wife

· Skype chat logs

· WhatsApp chat logs

Copies of the documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an immigration or consular officer at a later date.

Exactly what i had when i sent my i-130 in september... u r good to go. Send it asap!

AOS fee invoiced & paid: April 26, 2014
IV fee invoiced & paid: April 26, 2014

Ds-260 completed: June 9, 2014

Sent AOS & IV packets: June 19, 2014

AOS & IV scanned: June 23, 2014

NVC EXPEDITE:

Sent expedite request email: July 10, 2014

Expedite Approved: July 21, 2014

Kabul embassy received case: July 23, 2014 (not the actual documents, just electronically transferred)

Interview email: July 27, 2014
