I come to USA for k1 visa. I arrived to last September 2,2013.then I married September 18. And my visa expired last November 29.

What should I do? And how much it cost me now I'm 1 month already no valid visa?

You're Visa expired at your POE on 9/2/13. Time to apply for Adjustment Of Status (AOS) and obtain EAD/AP and eventually your green card. See the guides above. It Costs $1,070.00 for AOS.

A k1 is a single entry visa, it expired the day you entered the us. Now you have to file for adjustment of status. Follow the guides at the top of the page.

since you arrived on k-1 visa you can not travel out side of the united states. first .you need to file adjustment of status so that you can get your green card the fee is 1,070 dollars your passport you may get a new one at the PHILLIPPINES consulate in your area. or just wait until you get your permanent resident card then you can go phillippines apply for a new passport.

K-1 visas are not renewed. They become null and void once used to enter the US. Your status in the US is then determined by your I-94. Did not research the whole K-1- immigration process?
