You're Visa expired at your POE on 9/2/13. Time to apply for Adjustment Of Status (AOS) and obtain EAD/AP and eventually your green card. See the guides above. It Costs $1,070.00 for AOS.

since you arrived on k-1 visa you can not travel out side of the united states. first .you need to file adjustment of status so that you can get your green card the fee is 1,070 dollars your passport you may get a new one at the PHILLIPPINES consulate in your area. or just wait until you get your permanent resident card then you can go phillippines apply for a new passport.

K-1 visas are not renewed. They become null and void once used to enter the US. Your status in the US is then determined by your I-94. Did not research the whole K-1- immigration process? You must marry within 90 days of entry and then file for adjustment of status. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos
