hi there, I'm K1 holder and now i'm married. there is a new surname on my married certificate which is my husband's surname, but i didn't change my given name, cause the marry hall said they can't change my given name but surname. my questions are :

1. Does it mean my new legal surname in u.s. is my husband's surname now? so when i apply for green card, I should put my new surname on those forms?

2. B/C originally i didn't have a middle name, right now, i changed my surname into my husband's surname, and i want to add my maiden surname as my middle name, do u guys know how to do it? Can i just keep my maiden surname as my middle name and put it on the form such as I-485 ? I-765? is that legal?

Thanks so much
