Both my i130 and i129f have both been approved. Today I received both hard copies. The i129f says that it has been forwarded to the listed consulate and I should contact that consulate while the i130 says it's been sent to the DOS. Now the reason I'm posting is because I thought the i129f had to go to the DOS as well. Does this normally happen? Should I just contact the consulate? Anyone ever experience anything like this?

The I-129F always says it's going to the consulate but it would have to stop in the NVC first to get a case number. They will close the I-129F.
