Hello, I am engaged to an Albanian lady and would like to apply for a Fiancee Visa. I am being advised by several Albanian nationals (friends) in Michigan that the American Embassy in Tirana does not grant any Fiancee Visa's. Is this true, can anyone validate or disclaim this statement. Thank you in advance.

Why would you think that when in your own coountries forum are some K1's who have had interviews and approved. I suugest you go review their interview reviews they posted. Also read your countries information about the Visa.
