Hi. I just got a notice from manila embassy they received my files from abu dhabi. It was just an email with a line stating that. No more other informations as to how to proceed like payments, medical, setting up interview. My question is will they send me a formal letter stating these? I called embassy the agent was not very helpful as she said they dont have access to transferred files in their system. I am just wondering if they will send as its been a week now. How long does it normally take? I could not proceed with the payment or medical as I do not have information if they will retain my ABD case no or if I will be issued MNL no. Agent said it will be retained one agent said payment for manila embassy only acknowledges those MNL no. Please advise. Thanks in advance!

Your file is now at USEM  and you have your ABD # so you are good to go!! You will not get an MNL # you will keep the ABD #.

What to do and how to do it? Follow the flashing arrow. Everything moves very quickly now if you want it to.

Good Luck!

i just wan a confirm, as it seems you have all the knowledge of all these visa issues, etc. As i have read payments can only be made through bpi or bancnet. if my fiancé wants to make the payment, is there really no way for him to do this using a US bank account/credit card?

Nope, no way to make the payment using a U.S. bank account. Only way to pay online is if YOU have a bank account at the banks listed. Otherwise payment has to be make in person at BPI, per the instructions on the embassy website I linked .
