her name in the ds-160 form should correspond with the name in her passport. if you need help with correcting a ds-160 form that you've already submitted, check out the instructions here: http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/made-mistake-form-ds-160-i-fix-after-submitted.html

Let them know about the mistake during the interview. It shouldn't be a problem. There was a girl here had name misspelled on passport and they asked her to fixed it and follow the name on birth certificate. They issued the K-1 visa a week later. I did mistake on my DS-160 form as well and it did not came up during the interview. They will issued the visa based on the name of person on the passport or birth certificate, not on DS-160 form.

I have the same situation.. I just recently seen at my ds160 that i didnt include my middlename.. Will it be a cause of delay in releasing the visa?

I'm not sure about delay of issuing the K-1 visa. I am saying even you did mistake for instance name on passport, they will ask you to fixed it. The DS-160 form is information about yourself, including your fiance. I misspelled street name differently on DS-160 form and my fiance did it too on I-129F. We did not get an RFE for that and it did not come up during my interview.

If you feel it would be a problem, let them know about that when they check your papers and during the interview at the US consulate. It is not misrepresented documents. Just human error.
