I submitted my i130 and i129f forms for my wife for a k3 visa and the priority dates are 31st oct 2013 and 24th dec 2013 on the noa's resp.

Can anyone tell me the current dates that are being processed? My forms are being processed at the nebraska service centre.

Also doez nbc process i129f forms? My receipt no. starts with LIN for both the forms.

Do i just have to wait for the noa2 now? How long will thr wait be?

nvc received case : 03/04/2014

Filled ds 261 form : 04/07/2014

Paid aos fee : 04/07/2014

I 130 noa2 received : 02/18/2014

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

LIN is Lincoln Nebraska. What date I think they are in March which means nothing they can always grab whatever date they want they don't review in order it was received.

And yes your 129F and I-130 will be married up and adjudicated together.

Of course you have to wait for the NOA2. Can't move forward on either petition without it. Yours is pretty recent people here waiting since last march still no approval.
