My I-129F package was recieved by "INS Express" on Wednesday and I was wondering some things.

1) if additional information is requested from me, will Nebraska, NVC, or either/both request it? After which NOA is it safe to send original documents to my fiancee?

2) which orginal documents should I send to my fiancee .. HERE is a link to the list of documents that I sent to NSC.

Thank You,

Donnie Roach

1) Nebraska will not send you anything because your petition will be forwarded to California for processing. California will be the service center that will issue you NOA's/RFE's. I would wait until after NAO2 because you have a long time to wait.

2) Other members going through Manila will post I am sure but get familiar with the Manila Consulate website. It wil have information specific to them.

YMMV

Hello Country Boy!

I am afraid that you sent more information than required for the 129F and you may have to submit some of it again. (Maybe not).

With yout 129 F petition, you didn't need to send the I-134 form + "support packet" information until consulate stage, which is when they will ask your fiancee for this evidence because it has to be as current as possible.

Good luck on your process and please, read the guides, it's the easiest to go thru this process...

:guides:

Good luck on your journey!

Country boy :: Wooww!! You really sent too much, I guess.. Anyways, keep me posted what will happen to your petition. If am not mistaken, we will send ours to Nebraska too.

Guys, Ive seen on his list that he notarized the Intent to Marry paper, uhhmm, do we have to do the same thing? Plus that CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage), NBI & Police Clearance, do we have to include them?

You were never a mistake. You were my realization.

You have to send latest ITR, your Bank statement, W2, Employment Certificate, Form I-134 Affidavit of Support downloaded from USCIS site and should be notarized. Send this 1 month before your fiancee's interview date so that it will be latest.

Good luck!
