Hi,

My fiance needs to list all his offences in our petition because of multiple alcohol-related incidences in the past.

However, he doesn't remember them all and some have been expunged. According to the instructions, even things that have been expunged need to be included.

Where/how would we go about getting a record that lists EVERYTHING?

Really lost.

Thanks.

Your fiance must contact the clerk of the court in each and every county where the arrest and conviction occurred and request certified copies of documents that "show the charges and final disposition" of the case. Additionally, your fiance my contact the county office of the arresting police office and request copies of the police report. Again, copies must be certified by the county court and also the police reports must be certified. These copies are not free, and every county is different. Your fiance is going to have to get busy and compile a list of every conviction that appears on the USCIS list. Then, contact the clerks of court and police offices to find out how to get certified copies. Every county in the US is different. Some may allow you to do this online and others may not. There is no way to get such reports from a single source unless they involve the same police station and the same court.

Also, if your fiance truly cannot remember where, when, or how his offenses, convictions, and expungements occurred, perhaps he can remember the name of the state. For expunged cases he needs to contact the State Law Enforcement office and personally request copies of the expunged case. He will probably have to do that in person, face to face so they can verify his identity.
