i am on the process of answering my I485 form but i am confused what to check on part 2 of the form number 1 under part 2. I am under K1 still on status., we got married last december 2013. and do i need to answer also number 2, of part 2? thank you all so much your help. i appreciate all the help you can give... God bless all....

here it is

Part B. Eligibility (Check the correct response)

1. I am filing Supplement A to Form I-485 because:

a. I am the beneficiary of a visa petition filed on or before January 14, 1998.

b. I ma the beneficiary of a visa petition filed on or after January 15, 1998, and or before April 30, 2001.

c. I am the beneficiary of an application for a labor certification filed on or before January 14, 1998.

d. I am the beneficiary of an application for a labor certification filed on or after 15, 1998, and on or before April 30.

Part 2 you should check the box...

"I entered as a K-1 fiancé(e) of a U.S. citizen whom I married within 90 days of entry, or I am the K-2 child of such a fiancé(e). (Attach a copy of the fiancé(e) petition approval notice and the marriage certificate.)"

03/28/2013: NOA - AOS, AP, EAD

06/17/2013: AOS Interviews. Approved

06/26/2013: Green Cards Received! (APs and EAD also received but not needed)

Removal of Conditions

05/05/2015: Biometrics

07/27/2015: RFE

09/07/2015: RFE Response - Additional Evidence Sent

11/19/2015: Interview - APPROVED!

You have the wrong form. You need I-485. You already got that answer in your other thread. I will ask again, have you found the appropriate VJ Guide in the guide section up top? It is immensely helpful.

harpa timsah :-) yes, i got the wrong form... that's why i am so confused thank you so much.... no haven't seen it yet the VJ guide i will check on it... THANK YOU!!!! very much appreciated... and another one do we need to get the latest tax 2013?
