DCF Italy, the second time

So I've made my appointment to turn in the I-130 in Rome on the 7th of Feb. We already went through the DCF process in May 2008 but decided to come back to Italy shortly after arriving in th U.S. for familial reasons. My husband's green card is obviously considered abandoned at this point so we're starting all over again. Yay! I hoping that his previous status won't negatively affect our application. I guess we'll find out. Just wanted to reaquaint myself with visa journey. I'm certain I'll have just as many questions and things to share as last time.

Hi, Irene,

Your story is similar to mine (see: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/477012-current-i-130visa-timelines-london/), except in London. My wife and I too returned to Europe in expectation of a longer stay, but we have decided to return to the USA not 10 months after being in the UK.

08/17/09 - Checks cashed
08/17/09 - NOA1 for I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131 (received 08/21/09)
08/26/09 - Notice of Biometrics appt (received 08/29/09)
09/01/09 - Walk in biometrics done....erk
09/01/09 - Touch
09/22/09 - EAD Card Production ordered
09/25/09 - AP Approval notice sent
10/01/09 - Received AP document
10/05/09 - Received EAD card....nice
10/20/09 - Interview scheduled - Approved....Card production ordered.

10/2011 - Removal of Conditions approved - 10 year Greencard Produced

04/2013 - Return to UK with USC Wife / Abandoned GC

01/26/14 - Submit I-130 petition to London (DCF)

02/04/14 - NOA1

03/06/14 - NOA2

03/10/14 - Packet 3 (Case # issued)

03/19/14 - Medical

03/25/14 - Packet 4 (Interview date scheduled)

04/23/14 - Interview @ Embassy : Approved
