Hello friends,

My PD is 22 Nov 2013 and waiting for NOA2 for approval of I130. anybody here who also have PD in Novmber 2013 can share their update.

Guys, How long its take to approve and what if my case is still pending and PD become current?

Pd November 8, 2013 and still waiting for I130 approval from CSC

My wife has filed I-130, PD Nov 25,2013 service center VSC..waiting for NOA 2!! ..We can expect our whole procedure to take year or more!!

I won't be surprised if it takes longer than 1-2 month approval time that happened in Aug/Sep last year. IR/CR cases are getting transferred to service centers like VSC/TSC/CSC from National benefits center starting Oct 2013 and i believe they get priority over other cases.

But the processing time for Spouses of Permanent Residents is just 5 Months, as compared to March 2013 for Spouses of US Citizens. So I don't think they have priority over us.....
