HI I wanted to know if for Form I-134 I will need any extra documents or statements because I am currently unemployed and I have never worked before. I was planning on using my mother as co-sponsor but I just wanted to make sure if I needed anything else. Also, when my mother fills out the form, what do we put for Relationship to Sponsor? Lastly, what would my mother and I have to put on lines 8 and 10 when we both fill out the form?

You fill out the form when your fiance is going to the interview, you send him or her the form.

He or she present it at the interview

Yes but what does my mother put for Relationship to Sponsor on the form? Its on line 3. And for lines 8 and 10, what do we both put on the forms? I know we have to fill them out separately so I just want to know what do I have to put and what does she have to put for those lines.

What is your fiancee's relationship to you? She is your FIANCEE, so you write FIANCEE on your I-134 form. What is your fiancee's relationship to your mother? She is her FUTURE DAUGHTER IN LAW.

Question 8 is asking about any dependents you have, or people you are supporting. If you have any kids, they are listed here. If you claim any dependents on your taxes, they are listed here. The same applies to when your mother fills out her I-134.

Question 10 is asking if you submitted a visa petition. YES you have, you submitted Form I-129F. So you will write your fiancee's name, her relationship to you (FIANCEE), and the date of your NOA1.

Thank you so much! I am assuming that for line 10 my mother leaves it blank? Also, for supporting documents, would a copy of my mothers recent tax return, and recent pay stubs for 3 months be enough?
