Hello everyone. My RFE response was received April 11 today is 60 days and I still have no answer. I'm so scared and stressed. I called USCIS today and they said processing time for case is 5 month and that will be June 30th so I have to wait.

My rfe was only for my arrest desposition. That's it. I sent it to them right away. I'm crying every day. And I'm from Ukraine Crimea the part that got took over by Russia. So I have Ukrainian passport and we r no longer Ukraine I believe we r Russia now. And I don't know if it gonna effect my case.

No,prima facie wasn't established as I did not not submit any commingling of finances.So apparently they sent an RFE for good faith of marriage which means the rest of the documents and abuse was okay I believe .
