Godisgreat you will be fine.I explained here a few times some adjudicatos are new in their position then they can decide right away, they have to show their supervisor. They will approve you, give some days believe me.

Hello Sandranj,

I have given all the details here in my question, if you think so I will be fine ,I will take from your mouth the word of God. I was just worried about them saying why I am not going to school, also my arrest but that was dismissed by judge. It is very clear from my file that I was really abused badly with all the proofs and how I have survived this only I know!! I just hope that they are very well trained to give Justice. If you think everything is fine ,I guess it will be fine because you are one God blesses soul too.

What do they do when file is in review after interview.

Please let me know if you want to tell me something that you see in my details that I gave here.

Thank You Sandranj

Gpdsgreat As I said when the adjudicator is new in the position he/she needs to have the supervisor reviewing the case just to make sure everything she/he asked and collected or that you showed her/him was correct.Experienced adjudicators can make a decision on the spot, but not new adjudicators. Vawa is not related with any other visa you had , then don't sweat about it.

If you failed going to school it won' affect your case at all, if you are working or not working it won't affect your case either. She accepted your Court papers the way you gave her that's a good thing, because I saw many times they asked the aliens to mail them a Certified Court deposition. Maybe this week you will see " card production ordered".

Thank You Sandranj ! I was able to feel ok and concentrate because of your experienced words. My lawyer never gives me any confidence while my case is very true & with proof. He is always talking negative outcomes & then his fees to solve the negative outcomes.

samosa if you have a lawyer ask him/her to draft today a letter to the Vawa Unit supervisor asking to reconsider the decision and submitting prove that you answered the RFE, and he should follow up through the phone after 3 days to make sure the supervisor got the letter.

blackpearl929 as you can read here most off all interviews were fast and without any incident. Usually they ask to see all original documents that you submitted copies along with forms I-360/ I485(birth certificate, marriage certificate, valid passport, divorce decree if you have one, previous divorce decree if previous divorced). It's advised to take proof of bonafide marriage, despite most adjudicators do not ask to for that, but I saw some officers that asked to see wedding pictures, bills in name of the couple etc.

Stay calm, just talk when the officer asks questions. Don't keep talking/giving information when the adjudicator is looking in your papers, be quiet LOL. Because your fingerprints will be after your interview then probably you will get your GC in 60/90days .

Thank you for replying so fast.

I made a bad choice with the civil doctor my interview is next week and I still don't have the results at this point in time I am getting quite nervous and I am not sure if she is delaying things because i had taken all my vaccincations with my pcp inestead in her medical office. Now she is asking for more reports from my doctor which he had faxed over several times and she still keeps saying that she has not received them and won't do anything until she does. I am quite frustrated at this point in time, because I cannot afford not to go to the interview.

I have received the apointment for my fingerprints already.

Any advice?

Survival is a form of resistance
