Ben B your lawyer fixed the missing address then It will not be a problem in your case, they take a while after the interview to adjudicate ,if they did not say right away if it was approved or not. As I said before I saw cases they adjudicated 3months after the interview .

PLEASE HELP ME GUYS!

I am very confused about priority date, what category am I (FB or IR, if IR how to find a cut off date)? My 360 approved Oct 2013, waiting for 485 to be adjudicated since then, trying to figure how much longer do I have? My 485 was transferred to Vermont "to speed up the process" March 2014. Applied for a new EAD, 90 days expired about a month ago - still waiting.

Really need your help, if anybody can give me any clues! =(

I also just realized that my class on I360 NOA is IB1 - self petitioner who is filing from abroad, is it even possible? I have not left the country. How serious is it?

Ana-stas , it is a bit complicated but I will give you the part that interest you the most . I filed in November 2011 and I did not establish Prima Facie. In May 2013 I received a Request for Evidence to prove bonafide marriage and abuse. I wanted to give upon the application but I finally submitted only Psychology report in August 2013.I received a prima facie in september for 60 days ( the first one I know about).On February 2014 they sent out another Request For Evidence to prove bonafide marriage and abuse again . I responded to that 2 weeks ago. I got another prima facie for 60 days one week ago again and now I am waiting.

Hi everyone, I have a question about if somebody had the same situation. I received the email from USCIS in last Thursday: the first one:

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On May 22, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

But from a couple hours it changed to decision status

Your Case Status: Decision

On May 22, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

All corespodance including GC going to my lawyer's office. I called him today, but he has not receive anything yet.

Why my status go back and force? When I should expect my GC?
