Hey everyone just checking in. Congrats on all approvals and those waiting yours is coming soon keep putting God first. I have been so busy so haven't been on in a couple weeks. When everything settles I will be on more. Good luck and will keep in touch.

Hi everybody,

I've never written here before, but I proved my Vawa case based mainly on your guys advices without no lawyer. Thanks God and everybody for this information help!
So, my Vawa was approved in June 2013 almost one year ago.
My 485 case was filed along with Vawa, but It is still pending. Even i am not sure where is my case is now. Based on USCIS website information - in my NY local office since Nov 2013, based on my local congressperson information - in NBC since Aug 2013.

For last year I was in INFOPASS 3 times, was in my local congressperson office few times, and finally I wrote to USCIS 2 month ago, but what I've got only - Wait, be patient, and case is pending "we regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review"

I'm exhausted, i don't know what else i can do to get things moving. Maybe try to go to another congressperson?
Do you have any idea?

I applied on may 1 but didn't get any receipt number yet.

I have heard that process is going to be fast in 2014 is that true ? Ur experience ?

April 17th. Your receipt might go to your lawyer and they might not let you know they got it. Its taking around 5 months but a few have taken less.

April 2014 I-360, I-765, and I-485 mailed.
May 2014 EAD Received

July 2014 1-360 Approved

Waiting for interview
