Good luck bro, please share your experience with us after the interview as your vawa case is one of the rare ones I've heard of where the I-485 interview is in another country.

Thanks man. I will sure post my interview experience. How is your VAWA going? Have you filed your app.? The reason I hve my interview outside US because I left the country in the middle of VAWA journey but luckily didn't file I 485 as it would have been abondenened. So I filed I 824 after vawa approval which took additional 3 months and thn my NVC journey.

Yeah I did apply, everything is going great, God is good. I received prima facie within 10 days, really fast. I applied for EAD so I'm waiting for that. I really hope my case gets approved fast.

April 2014 I-360, I-765, and I-485 mailed.
May 2014 EAD Received

I know that it has been posted on here that some people have their cases approved and never get Prima Facie but I was wondering if they have classifications for who they send it to and who doesn't get one.

You will need to request extension of Prima Facie from Vermont.

Folks we will have a picnic in the Central park(NYC) in June. I will post here in a few days the date, it will be one Saturday for sure, from 1pm to 4/5pm,something like that. Maybe June 14 or 28 You can bring your kids. I hope to see new faces there, plus all 11 other VJ members that I met last time. Please confirm here who will will be there.

casper last time we couldn't talk that much, i don't know if you noticed we had there in that day two battered woman still living with the abusers, and i had to leave the place several times to talk in private with them, but I hope this time we can talk more...see you there. I will post here soon the date.
