@ Sandranj & Anajnic: I got my fingerprints last month & my attorney forgot to tell me the date of my interview which is coming soon ,I was not able to get a medical done ,I paid for it somehow but will not be able to get results before the interview date.what are the chances they will ask for a medical on the spot or delay me for a medical? The interview letter says that I have to bring ,birth certificates of me and spouse ,divorce, bonafide marriage proofs, arrest records, tax returns for three years . I don't remember if I sent medical with my earlier application 2 years ago but I have a vague memory that I sent it.I arranged money for my travel with a great difficulty , my relatives won`t help even if they had money ,So only the creator God who is my father, brother, mother, sister, lover is helping me.I hope he gives me success soon!

I know Anajnic took her medical with her ,was she asked to show it?

You can't be approved with a valid medical, either brought with you or previously filed. You can be RFE'd at the interview or beyond it.

godisgreat23 if there is no mention to have medical exam done it means you don't have to do the exam, probably you submitted before and don't remember. When people takes the medical exam to the Interview it's because they were required to do that.

My medical exam was 2 years old and I was asked for a new one. Yes the adjudicators will keep them. You will need to get a new medical exam if your old one is more than 15 months old. I would say do everything possible to have your exam with you on the interview (find a place that would give you the result in 2 days) or your case might be delayed or even denied. Mine took only 2 days because I already had all the vaccines required, and that 2 days was just for TB test. Good luck with your interview ^.^

Hi, Sandra,

My sister's I-360 was approved on 1st of Nov. 2013 (paperwork was filed in July, 2013)

Since than we did not hear anything about I-485 (it was filed before the I-360, in Atlanta, GA), my sister filed the change of address to move to LA, CA.

She went to infopass, they told her to wait, but could not even tell if the case I-485 was already transfered to CA (we sent the letter to Atlanta, GA office saying that the I-360 was approved, and that they need to transfer the case to LA, CA)

She wrote email month ago (to address you gave on the forum), no reply.

She has some temp. job now, and her EAD expires on 1st of May, 2014.

Does she need to hurry and file for the renewal of EAD, so it will arrive before the other one will expire? Or does she wait more?

What if the new EAD will not be issued on time? Will it be illegal work?

Does she file it to the Vermont or to LA, CA?

And I am kinda worry about the fact they do not know where is her I-485, could the loose the case? What do we do? One more infopass?

jessey L tell her to file for a new EAD 90 days before expire.I still have cases waiting interview since April/May 2013, then i believe she won't have interview before May/ June. She must submit form I-765 to Vawa Unit-Vermont (no fees)

She has to change her address regarding form I-485 online

https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do

Inform her new address to Vawa Unit through notarized letter.
