CARYGUY 87 ONCE YOUR VAWA IS APPROVED, YOUR AOS WON'T BE DENIED!!!!!!. In just few cases the AOS can be denied such as you got married before adjudication of your Vawa, you have a criminal record (felony), you are bigamous, you have a contagious disease etc...just in extreme cases the AOS is denied after Vawa approval.

Ok thanks sandra!

I also have another question. She kept all our photo albums. I have a few I have been able to get but not many that I found diggin in my stuff and from family.

So far I have.

1 - The very first picture we took together in high school, 2005.

2 - when I first moved in with her,

1 - wedding we attended while she was pregnant with our son.

1 - Easter 2006, while she was pregnant with our son.

3 - at the hospital of when our son was born 2006

2 - family portrait pictures we took, me, her, our son.

3 - our wedding, 2007

1 - at my cousins quinceanera party, 2010, me, her and both of our kids after daughter was born and turned 1.

I'm trying to get more, but how many pictures are they looking for?

What about this? I know I should probly send as many as I can, but so far thats all I have been able to get.

Is that enough to send for pictures?

Wow !

17 Months for VAWA approval only or including AOS?

Without RFE, whats the usual time for VAWA decision?

I got an rfe after 14 months but took my time to gather wat they wanted didn't want to rush. I took Abt 2 months to do it but after I sent it in I got approval 2 months later. So I am counting in the 2 months of rfe.

Mamaof3 if only i360 is filed by its self and incase it's denied you have nothing to worry about as you wouldn't be in removal proceedings.

But if you file i360 and i485 together and i360 is denied you would be put in removal proceedings after that...

My lawyer finished drafting the termination of my removal proceedings I'm just waiting for her to email me the copy.. then I'm guessing she's going to submit it to the courts. What if my removal proceedings gets terminated.. then can I apply for advance parol.?

Thanks Sandra

Hope everyone is well

Today is a special day for me, I met online one VJ member here almost 16 months ago, he lived with his wife just for 4 months, and he was abused, and spent 5 months in a shelter for victims of DV .I handled his cases and a few minutes ago his case was approved. He will post here later about it.All cases are different, but his case was a tough one for me, but we made it!!!! Feeling good. :dancing:

Congrats sandra to you and him on the case!!

Ok so I have a question.

I am not able to get a police clerance report. I called to get one and they told me that the state of Arizona is a closed records state therefore they can NOT give me one.

They told me all they can do is send me a letter stating the fact. So they are sending me a letter with my name, date of birth, and social stating the fact.

So because of that, can I just send that for clearance report?

And well what else can I send?

Tell them that I was DACA approved so that should show that I am not a criminal or have record since you can not get DACA with any felonies or anything like that, they do a background check.

What other options since I can't get a clerance report?

Congrats Sandra!! thank you guys for helping me, I will call my lawyer convince her to file the i360 only first, shes says she has a lot of experience with vawa cases and never do you go into removal proceedings if vawa and aos filed together and you get denied, she keeps saying you just have to refile. I don't want to take any chances with this.

KLOVE got me thru...
