I live in AZ and I am DACA approved, but in AZ can't get a drivers license with DACA. I have read of other people in AZ with DACA going to other states and getting a drivers license and using here in AZ. If they get stopped they just say they are using their relatives car to get around while they are visiting. I know of one person that did this, the officer just gave him a warning, he was pulled over for speeding, didn't give him a ticket.

I had planned on doing the same thing, but now that I will be doing I-360, was wondering if I did that, if that would be a bad idea.

I got pulled over for a headlight being out, in Feb, and got a ticket for no drivers license and got the car impounded for like a week. I am currently not driving, and it really sucks!!!

Would love to hear what you guys think.

If you're asking is it ok to break the law and lie to a police officer about it, then the answer to that would be no.

I'm sure it is, and I haven't done that, just saw no other option and was something I had been thinking about. Right now I'm not driving, unless I really have to and can't get a ride. It sucks having to depend on people to get around. Don't want to get another ticket for no drivers license and get car impounded. Don't want to make things bad for myself by doing that when I do the I-360, so I guess I just need to wait it out some more and hope that everything goes good for me and get approved, and can get I-485 approved too, to be able to get a drivers license here in AZ to be able to drive.

No Cielo, no email, just a letter in the mail. Your case status wont even update to show interview you just have to wait on the letter.

Dominique, I dont know why it was brought up either and it happened in a different county. I found the record of it online but it says it cant be displayed on the web. I am trying to find out how to order a copy of it. I have read that some people left AOS interview with an RFE in hand, but she did not give me anything. Just that she will talk to her supervisor. Hopefully her supervisor will know that his prior divorce makes no difference in my case. I guess if her supervisor does decide that it is needed maybe i'll receive an RFE, I just have to pray and hope that everything goes smoothly and quickly.
