If I remember clearly there was a member who stated they say a paper with a red warning sign on their file at the interveiw. So u should be fine don't worry god is in control.

BENB the yellow paper saying warning in big letters it's to remind the officer that he/she is not supposed to ask anything about the abuse. Many officers didn't even read the case when you enter in the office, the paper is just to remind the officer that the case is AOS through Vawa,

I have quick question regarding mail forward for my VJ friends.

If you have already put order to forward your all mails (online at USPS.com) to new address,

What will happen to the mail coming from USCIS?

Will that also be forwarded to new address?

Anybody experienced this?

Thank You !!

Sandra,

what to do if the EAD expires in may, and person works and can not quite.

The paper work was for new EAD was filed 90 days before.

Since the first reciept of acceptance we did not hear anything.

What to do now? The uscis does not accept the complaint or infopass about it if it has not been 90 days since the paper was filed.

Does she need to quite her job?

Yes. As I said above, USCIS recommends you file for a renewal EAD 120 days before the current EAD expires.

Uscis mail can not be forwarded to another address. It will be returned to the sender.

Ana-stas, the information you provided is completely wrong. I've had my mail forwarded to another address for many months, and all my USCIS correspondence was forwarded with the rest of the mail with no issues. Keep in mind that this was in 2012 and my mail was forwarded to an address in the same state, I do not know if it works if you are forwarding your mail to an out of state address, but I don't see why it wouldn't.
