Sandra, feels so good to hear that other people had the same experience . I think mine is a bit different because the officer told me I will have a decision in a week, and now is almost 3 weeks...

ben you will get through, I believe once your 360 is approved the rest easy, you know I never remember ever filing the sponsorship form, but either way once they get your file together they will issue you a card

lopehelme, what day of octuber you are?

It was transfered the beginning of the second week of October but someone here and myself had the same timeline and mine was transfered a week before hers but she got her interveiw about two weeks before me. She got a letter from a local office saying she was out of processing time and should hear from them within 30 days. then she got letter for interveiw.

I also want to say that I did do an erequest online and for the reason I put for filling it was out of processing time because when I looked at my state for the i485 they were a month past from when I applied I know they say there is no timeline for i485 for vawa but I tried anyway.

I still have hope that mine will come soon....is just the waiting time that kills me. I called them feew times, first time the io said decision was not made and than after that each time they tell me that they canot discuss that on the phone...

Anyone who had interview ? On the top of my file was a yellow file with a big warning on it, anyone saw that? Or it was just mine?

Nothing much she was so nice very very friendly.. out of the 18 questions on I485 she only asked me two have u ever been a terrorist and have u ever been a part of the Soviet union.. she said my record was clean I had everything in order ask to see my Id and my work permit.. sing and stamped a paper that said congratulations.. I should be getting my green card in the mail by the latest the beginning of may
