Hello everyone. I'm having a problem. I went to do my medical exam and the doctor option for Class B condition on the summary. I asked him about it. He told me that since I had a positive reaction to the TB test (explained to him this would happen, since I got a BCG vaccine as a kid, x ray was normal) and since I've been living in the US for less than 5 years, it's standard procedure to tick "Class B". But that everything was normal and USCIS could check that for themselves. I searched about it online and nothing on my situation is under class B at all!!!

Is this normal???

If you tested positive for TB then the next step is having a chest x-ray to confirm that you do not actually have TB and that it's a false-positive.

Hello everyone, i'm new to this forum, so please bear with me, my question is has anyone been successful filing vawa even though they were found guilty in court, this is condisdered moral turpitude? please share your experience if possible or PM me. I completed my probation and started nursing course in the UK, is this going to affect my case negatively to cause a denial? thank you....

I went twice for a couple of months out of the country while waiting for vawa approval and gc interview, and they never said a word in that at the interview. But my lawyer was also saying that it is not recommdnded

I found in this forum that some vawa approval got their green card without interview, who issued their greencard ? Vermont, nbc or local office

There are cases when there is no interview. I think i wouldnt need to have one if i have submitted my medicals at the same time.

It will depend on the outcome of the x-ray; if it shows you don't have TB then it shouldn't be a problem, but if you do then you will likely need to seek treatment for it before a civil-surgeon will sign your I-693.

Hi, congrats everyone with the approvals:)

Sandra and other vs members, i will appreciate if you answer my question. What is the longest did it take to get I-360 approved?

15 months and still waiting...

Well.. It depends ! I was approved after 16months.. Some got approved in 3 months. So with uscis, it's like British weather. Lol Unpredictable ! But hang in there and contact your congress woman, make info pass , put in service request.. I did all that and they finally approved after 16months. Good luck Ana

Bestgirlever, thank you a lot for your input. How do I find congressman/congresswoman who can help me?

Actually, SandraNJ had posted that link here some time ago where you just have to type in your zip code and it will show who your congress woman is in your area. So you can contact her office, I hope she (Sandra) is less busy today so she can post the link again for you..or anyone on the forum with that link should please post it for Ana please Or you can google for it I'm sure you will find it!
