I would like to post a big Thank you for the helpful advice I received in this site. Sandranj ..... Keep doing what you are doing. When I found this forum, I was so encouraged and I would like to write today to encourage someone that God has not forgotten you and he knows you by name.

Feb 2013 I360 packet sent

Mar 2013 received receipts and work permit.

Mar 2013 RFE which I never received, I received notice for fingerprinting.

Sept 2013 Approval notice for I 360

Oct 2013 transferred to local office

April 2014 Received email stating that card is in production. Yes no Interview.

Glory to God. I'm a stronger person with everything I have gone through. Don't despair.... God is with you!!!!

so people like us with approved VAWA and waiting for their interview for green card falls under which category?Temporary Protected Status with Employment Authorization or what? Also could we apply for obamacare through the state to get for free or no?I applied October 2013 and they never return back to me either by denial or approval and I do not want to violate law by not having insurance....

If we get insurance through government will we be considered public charge and this will prevent us from being citizens?

Please helpppppppppp

I have the same concerns, will we be or not considered public charge?

My file is still at NBC since Nov 2013 too for those a bit worried. So looks like time frames are legit... I am waiting on RFE to be delivered... I am sure is for medical

Mine too was transfered to NBC in October did info pass last month and they told me it was at local office the beginning of last month so waiting to schedule my interveiw should take 1-2 months. To keep me going I Remind myself it's god's timing and not mine. Good luck everyone.

With an approved VAWA I-360 (but not yet a pending I-485) you would likely come under "Battered Spouse, Child and Parent", which is higher up the list in the link I gave.
