folks it seems Uscis started approving some AOS for vawa filers without interview ,then Cielo you were right regarding your friend . I helped one member here, and today she received a letter saying her work permit was denied cause her green card was approved .She did not receive the approval letter yet,but Uscis mentioned the reason of the denial was because her Gc was approved ...then it seems some cases are being approved without interview, she is the first person that I helped and had this decision .

wow, that s great.

We are kinda worried.

My sisiter's ead expire in may.

She filed the paperwork, but nothing so far. Not even the finger print invitation.

Yup, once you told me about your arrest I knew that's what it was going to be for. No biggie. For the affidavit, can you post exactly word for word what USCIS is asking in the RFE letter.

https://www.healthcare.gov/immigration-status-and-the-marketplace:

"Applicant for any of these statuses:

Temporary Protected Status with Employment Authorization
Special Immigrant Juvenile Status
Victim of Trafficking Visa
Adjustment to LPR Status
Asylum*
Withholding of Deportation or Withholding of Removal, under the immigration laws or under the Convention against Torture (CAT)*"

so people like us with approved VAWA and waiting for their interview for green card falls under which category?Temporary Protected Status with Employment Authorization or what? Also could we apply for obamacare through the state to get for free or no?I applied October 2013 and they never return back to me either by denial or approval and I do not want to violate law by not having insurance....

If we get insurance through government will we be considered public charge and this will prevent us from being citizens?

Please helpppppppppp
