Hi everyone does uscis takes exactly 60 days for an ead decision they already received my rfe back on my ead 30 days now and nothing feeling very depressed:(

Domi-nique, I had a lawyer she didn't say much just watched us.

And yes , that can be my case about this officers .. Bc before going into the interview mi lawyer saw this guy ( the io that interviewed me) and she made a comment that he is new... So my be the case...

I just want to give little update.

I filed I360 January 30 2014 got a prima facie February 18th

Today April 4 they sent me RFE I got an rmail and txt massage.

Im very stressed avout RFE

Does anyone know what kind of evidence they can request?

Hi everyone I woke up this morning and got a text 6 am uscis approved my 1360 I can't stop crying I apply December it took three and a half months with no rfe one rfe for ead which I'm still waiting can someone tell whats going to happen next.

I send police clearance bills pics of abuse three affidavit from people who saw abuse psychologist report my own affidavit

I sent so much. Pictures of bruces on my body. Evaluation from dr. Letters frm my friends. Pictures of ny husband witg baked girls on top of him plus like 50 other different girls with him. Proof of good marriage like bills together bank accounts child birth certificate. I have a child with him. Facebook comments of his girlfriend and him about my child. I have no idea what else they can ask for

Thats alot don't its probably something small because when I got rfe for my ead I was going crazy until I got it and they were asking y I need another ead the current one from my marriage is still valid.u will be ok just hang in there ask sandranj to guide u and for help when u received the rfe

Im going crazy right now cant stop crying too. I will see what else they need. I have more stuff like txt massage from him not allowing me to meet with my friends and calling them bad names. I hope it will be small. Need to survive until I get the letter

U have to look on the bright side at least u did not get denied they ask for something that was missing just be patient and wait for the mail.
