It's advised to take just the proof of bonafide marriage to the interview, but most of the adjudicators don't ask anything about the bonafide, but it's good to take with you, just in case. You don't have to take any document of the abuse suffered.

@Sandra thanks, will take proof of bona fide marriage

@Thiat32 my file was transferred in October to NBC, but initially Vermont transferred the file to local office which held my file then transferred to NBC, I would think its been seating there for about 7 months, tough wait.

All the Best, gal. Mine is soon after you, so do share your experience. I am sure you will get it and I will suggest you take all proofs of bonafide marriage and abuse as well. Having additional docs won't hurt. Wish you All the best :dancing:

wish you good luck too, are you going this week too.

There is no need to take proof of the abuse to the interview, since the adjudicator can not ask about that at all .If the adjudicator asks something regarding the abuse just say.I was informed that I don't have to discuss about the abuse anymore, because it was adjudicated already by Vermont Center

I advise to take to the interview proof of bonafide marriage, in case they ask to see something regarding the marriage .

Question on filling out I-360.

Part 4 question f

Has the person for whom this petition is being filed ever worked in the U.S. without permission? No yes (explain on separate sheet of paper)

Do I just write that I worked without permission but used my name and birthdate?

Also on question d.

are you filing any other petitions or applications with this one? No Yes ( How Many)

Do I include the i-485 and I 765 so the number should be 3?

Thanks for your help

April 2014 I-360, I-765, and I-485 mailed.
May 2014 EAD Received

July 2014 1-360 Approved

Thisislife they not supposed to ask question regarding the abuse, but I saw several consulates asked every thing

about the abuse and bona fide marriage.Another thing I saw 2 people from Ghana and Jamaica had their cases denied because the Consul understood they were out of status in the US over one year , then they will have a bar to reenter (10 gears). The consul said that the time spent it without status is s forgiven when you are still inside the US but because they left they have a 10 year bar, then if you were in the US without status you might have a bar to reenter .THey can ask everything about your marriage .

Hhhmmmm but that's conflicting to what I have read on the net... Overstay is forgiven if it's VAWA. I am confused now. I was always in status from filing I 130 till filing VAWA. Also as per USCIS when you file an application you are in status till the time a decision is not made.if approved good if denied than your overstay is calculated since the day you filed the application. I left while my application was pending and was approved when I was in my home country.
