Thiat 32 you need to submit copy of your marriage certificate , copy of your husband birth certificate,if he is American,or copy of his US passport, copy of divorce decree if you or him were previously divorced, copy of your divorce if you are divorced now.,and cover letter . Make sure all forms you put the date and signed.

Make sure all forms you put the date and signed. Form l485 part 2 choose option "h" and write down "l360(vawa)Approved".,if it was approved ,if pending put " l360 (vawa)".

Hello Crzzz I am in the same boat I need the phone number to my local office in washigton DC. because from I-485 now they are working on 8/27/13 my date is 8/14/13 and i do not have any news aboud my interview. Is difficult to me do an inffopas because is 2 hours to my house I do not have a car. BUT NOW I NEED DO SOMENTHING TO CONCTAT MY LOCCAL OFFICE.

any advice please!

U guys just have to be patient. I waited almost 6 months after my case was transferred to NBC... finally on the 8th I got my interview letter for next month...

folks it seems Uscis started approving some AOS for vawa filers without interview ,then Cielo you were right regarding your friend . I helped one member here, and today she received a letter saying her work permit was denied cause her green card was approved .She did not receive the approval letter yet,but Uscis mentioned the reason of the denial was because her Gc was approved ...then it seems some cases are being approved without interview,she is the first person that I helped and had this decision .

Omg that's some good news! Seriously the whole interview was a waste of time and money cos if you could prove your Vawa case, then no need for an interview except you have a felony or something. Thanks SandraNj for this news ! I'll be happy if I don't get an interview but I'm indifferent . Ready for the best

BEN B you will be fine without your lawyer, but it's up to you.I always advise to go with your lawyer if you have some restraining order against you,or some problems with the Justice.
