I would like to post on behalf on one of my friend.

My friends got married 2012 and applied for adjustment of status trough marriage.

His wife put him through hell.

She has been arrested for abuse on him but he didnt place the restraining order and work the things out.

This person has been abused while married and he is still married.

Few days ago he received email notification that he is been denied.

I would like to ask in his name. I really want to help this person since he is been abused mentally and physically.

Can he apply for vawa after i485 denial and is ther any cases like that that had been successful???

He is stil waiting for the letter to see the reason. But the reason migh be 5 month ago she sent a letter to uscis that she doesnt want to sponsor him after a confrontation with him, later she send a second letter that she send the letter in angry mood and she wants to pull back that letter. She is unstable person by my opinion and changes the mood very often. I will post it here once he receives the letter.

Did they go to green card interveiw then he got denied. Or they never went??

Vawa 111 your friend has to file vawa this week, he will in 30 days get the notice to appear in court and they will remove him,at least with vawa the judge will put a hold in his removal,he must inform Uscis his new address today filing out form AR 11 online.

Hello everyone!

Sandra I am in the same situacion, please help me tell me something.

in octuber 31th at 1:30 pm the first time that uscis send me something about my I-485 , the email said that they transferred my i 485 to USCIS office, and just one hour after they send me other email said that they transferred my I 485 to my local office, and one day after on November 1th they send me other email indicated that my I 485 was transferred and now is processing in a USCIS office

whould you please let me know where is my application ? I am really confused
