I need your help please. I filed for vawa more then 13 month ago. I am trying to file a service request through ombudsman. They ask to submit documantation to support my case.

Hopeful12, recently so many members posted here that they were approved within 6 months. And the processing times on there website shows 5 months.

Do you think I need just wait? Thank you for any advice

I wanted 15 months when the processing times showed 9months. You can try contacting Ombudsman if you'd like...

I'm just saying that you shouldn't lose hope, you time will come... with this process we learn to be patient

Ana stas I helped 2 girls from VJ in December and they case were approved already, ye..it took 2 months.

When writing to the ombudsman just mention all details such as when Vawa was filled, when and how many times you tried to inquire Vawa Unit about you casem if you contacted your congress person and when .Can you email me the letter or message you got asking to submit supporting document, because I never ever heard the USCIS ombudsman ask this kind the document before,I will send you a pm with my email.

Ok, Great news, I filed for cruelty on Jan 20 for my ROC and I have received my biometrics appointment notice for.... NEXT WEEK! Did anybody recently go through this and could tell me what has been the delay between the biometrics and the Appointment in their case?

Hey sandranj,I already filled out form I485,I864W,G325A,I693,I765,and form I912 for fee waiver.my question is do I need to file form I 601 for unlawfully present in the usa.

That32 you don't need to submit the l 601 wAiver ok.
