Thank u so much for that info.... my problem his I dont have a copy of is passport which shows his citizenship... do you think I am gonna need a lawyer?...I am completely broke :(...I have all my recepit for the i130 i485.do u think they can covert my i130 to i360 which have all his info

Czrrrr did you get certified copies of your deposition,,?not just certified copy of the sentence. Did your lawyer ask the Court to close your removal in order for you to adjust status with Uscis?

no i have not, but i did schedual my appointment for my physical. :)

Which im scared about because i have been on anti depressent/ anxiety/ ptsd pills since like over a year .. i just dnt want them to find my not healthy and deny me..

tdiva you can't "convert" form I-130 in I-360,because .Is your husband a US Citizen or naturalized?if he was born in the US then get a copy of his birth certificate,the vital records can issue a copy when you pay a fee for that, but if he is naturalized then you have to ask USCIS to search their system to find about about his status, mentioning you submitted proof of his citizenship along with form I-485,previously submitted.

tdiva you must start therapy and just submit your l360after having the evaluation done,otherwise your case will be denied.There is a place in Nyc called NIP call and set up to start therapy,minimum 7 sessions before submitting vawa, you have to pay but is cheap around $25each session,. After having the evaluation done if you want I can review your affidavit,start writing down,between 10/13pages.
