Well my files are back from the NBC but the IO had backgrounds checks done again because I filed all my paperwork with first an middle name but my birth paper shows the first name as my middle name an my middle name as my first name SIGH****

so that's another wait again my faith an patience is surely being tested. Sandra did explain to me that they need to check both ways because I could have a record with either name so I'm just hoping they get the results back soon I'm anxious for it to be done before the holidays because most employees take time off then an that mean our files sitting on the desk until Jan 2015

hi Sandra I just passed my interview few hours ago it was good the interviewer did ask that much question but he didnt give me his decision yet bc i didnt give him an aplication i forget the name it was for the self support instead to my spouse support. he told me that i have to send it to him so that what i did few min . do you think all gonna be good ???

Did you forget to take with you the form I864W or he did not accept and asked you to mail him?.I believe everything is good in your case.

Flex x I know people that got the GC 10days after the interview and I know a bunch of people waiting 3/4months ,then it can be 30/120days .

Hey flexx, do you remember any of the questions the officer asked you? How long did the interview last? Did you have a lawyer with you? When did your vawa get approved? Any information is appreciated. Thanks

Hey leilabeird, i haven't heard anything back and have decided to check my case status once a week, i used to check everyday and that's just driving me crazy, so there it is.. Hope everyone is well.. Will update when I hear something...Take care guys!
