I do believe this is the work of God, your faith had to be tested and it was. Consider this pure joy when you face trials of many kinds, the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Expect good news in the end.....am happy for you

Thanks Blankat, It is ironical that the date my case was reopened is exactly 90 days after my denial and its usually after 90 days that notices to appear to begin removal proceeding are issued. I was in a tough mental state couldn't concentrate on anything quit two jobs in succession. I had a give up attitude on everything. I decided to concentrate on working on my divorce which is another tough war since spouse is not for it. I now can comfortably wait till May 15 next year when I will be eligible to file for divorce in the state I currently live at since I will have lived for a year. The most ridiculous one is when my wife claimed she is 10 weeks pregnant with the guy she is seeing now. I found out that this is tactic to prolong divorce since in the state of Washington where she is at and we were married at incase she is pregnant even if the baby is clearly not yours even with a DNA test divorce does not go on for the next 4 years. She has been in a weird mental state ever since I left her state and let her know we was going for a divorce. I just know we the help of God she will get used to reality. I am still gonna file when I get the chance and deal with whatever she claims later.

Once again thanks for acknowledging Gods work.

Luoboy if they gave you 87days to answer the RFE and if it was to submit proof of the abuse then if you submit now you will be out of the 87days given. I saw many people submitting documents before the final decision and it seemed the Vawa unit took in consideration those documents ,despite the RFE should be answered within the time given. You can submit the evaluatioN but I can't guarantee they will accept now.

Thanks Sandra, What if my RFE was received in Vermont on deadline day and on that day I did explain that I had a psych evaluation on the way and affidavits too. Isn't in that in away requesting for more time to get them the additional evidence. And also might you be able to speculate how long it takes to make a decision on a reopened motion since it most similar to my reopened case. Thanks again Sandra for the priceless advice.

Luoboy the deadline is to submit what they asked, and not to explain that soon you will be submiting the evaluation .

If you have the evaluation done you can mail them, but keep in mind they are messy handling documents without the original RFE,then your evaluation might never get in your file. It's up to you .

They may take 30/90 days to mail you any decision.

Louboy, if you have your psych report, i would suggest you make a copy of that first. if you do decide to send it to them, make sure you have a way for them to link the stuff you are sending to your case, or you will have wasted your time.

Bare in mind they get mail everyday, and they will not want to spend time looking or wondering what you sent them and how to add it your case. As Sandra said, they can be messy with paper work if no RFE is attached.

Secondly, check to see if you got Prima facie, or a blue paper that says, if you send anything to them, the blue sheet must accompany it.

This is a risk you are taking due to the lack of RFE sheet to link your case, but its your choice, make sure you have copies for everything.

Goodluck!!

Faithkeeper not yet,l was waiting for the 120 days before l can inquire thats what the IO said, this sunday will be exactly 4 months since the interview so l will be booking an infopass for next week..meanwhile incase anybody has a problem renewing their expired license with MVA,just ask them to do a S.A.V.E verification with Uscis if you have a pending case and they will issue you a 8 month temporary license. Most Mva workers dont understand anything to do with immigration and they,re always ready to dismiss you.l had to talk to a supervisor and thats how l found out this info..

flex just make sure you have all original documents with you when attending the interview, such as original birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce decree(if you have one),valid passport, if you were arrested or had any restraining order against you then get COURT CERTIFIES DISPOSITION.Most interview they just check original documents and that is it, some officers ask to see bonafide marriage proof, then take to the interview proof of bonafide marriage ok. Just answer questions when he/she asks, when the officer is checking the documents do not talk, do not handle documents to the officer without asking permission, do not put anything in the officer desk.

Ty sandranj i will take everything that you just said and also for the original birth certificate i don't think that i have one because i already sent one in the first time . is it problem if i dont have one ???
